A modern mixed-milk cheese made using traditional Sicilian cheesemaking techniques. Infused with delightful pieces of locally grown orange rind distributed throughout the paste! The result is a wonderfully delicate cheese with a subtle and well-balanced citrusy sweetness.

Made with sheep and cow milk.
