I don't like truffles...but I love this cheese!!!

Shocked how much I loved this cheese!!!

I am not a truffle fan...but this cheese is a must have on EVERYTHING.

We enjoyed it on its own, but also on almost ever dinner we cooked until we finished our cheese.

Baked potato and a Risotto just to name a few.

My all time favourite cheese

If you are into truffle this is the cheese for you. It is a lovely manchego with dark lines of truffle running throughout that are beautifully aromatic.
