Louis d'Or (9 Month)

Famed Quebec cheesemaker Jean Morin was inspired to create Louis d'Or by the classic Alpine cheeses of the Jura region in France. This 9-month version took 2nd place in its category at the 2022 Canadian Cheese & Butter Competition. Louis d'Or is an excellent example of a raw-milk cheese with complex and subtle flavours
