Tête de Moine (literally "monk’s head") is a cylindrical semi-hard unpasteurized cheese. It boasts a very fine consistency, which melts in the mouth.

It is served using a Cheese Curler (Girolle) which shaves the top of the wheel and creates adorable little "cheese flowers."

Sold in whole or half wheels.
