Adjectives hardly do this cheese justice, but we'll try. La Fontaine is incredibly rich and sumptuous, tantalizingly salty, and extra buttery. And do not ignore the edible rind which adds perfectly complementary flavours of wild mushrooms.

You're probably gonna need some alone time after eating this cheese.
