Malga Verde is a unpasteurized cow-milk cheese that offers sweet, slightly acidic flavours with notes of fermented fruit, cooked butter, and light animal notes. It features a semi-hard, straw-coloured, and slightly grainy paste with small eyes scattered throughout. Delicious with polenta!

Malga Verde is made with milk from Brown Swiss and Holstein cattle grazing on the Asiago plateau.
