Canada has banned many unpasteurized cow and buffalo milk cheeses from Switzerland, France, Spain, Greece & Italy, due to a cattle-disease outbreak.
This affects the availability of favourites including Brie de Meaux, Morbier, Tomme de Savoie, Vacherin Mont d'Or, and Tête de Moine.
We'll bring back these cheeses the moment we can, but the restrictions are expected to last many months.

This is the creamiest, crumbliest, edgiest all-rounder Welsh cheddar I've come across. I think this cheese might be my white whale: it's got that super gooey-meltiness and perfect *ORANJ CHEEZ* flavour that gives me alll the nostalgic ecstasy I've only reached before through Velveeta. Absolutely divine on smashburgers, classic mac n' cheese, grilled cheese, breakfast sandwiches... I'll be back for this special baby again and again.
