Jacobs Cream Crackers are an excellent accompaniment to most types of cheese - they do not feel it necessary to impose anything much beyond a satisfying crunch, a bit of developing sweetness (from the starch), and something to stop the cheese from falling into your lap. Especially nice with a ripe soft brie or a cheddar (with some chutney on top if you are feeling extravagant) and perfectly acceptable with a strong blue.
