A tiny wheel off gooey goodness.
Pizy is a small brie-style cheese from Quebec that has a mild milky taste with a fresh mushroom aroma which makes it an absolute delight eaten as is or even cooked in a brie baker.
This was so creamy and delicious… would highly recommend
