The Mimolette is everything I expected and more. It's salty, and sweet, and has enhanced the flavour of everything we have paired it with so far!

Delicious melt in your mouth cheese with a unique texture. Paired well with crackers, pickles, and red wine.
This cheese is rock solid to cut but it's worth your efforts. Flavour is kind of like a caramelized cheddar. Similar to blue cheese, I wouldn't look at this cheese under a microscope, but that's partially because I'm too busy eating it. Absolutely delicious.
