Canada has banned many unpasteurized cow and buffalo milk cheeses from Switzerland, France, Spain, Greece & Italy, due to a cattle-disease outbreak.
This affects the availability of favourites including Brie de Meaux, Morbier, Tomme de Savoie, Vacherin Mont d'Or, and Tête de Moine.
We'll bring back these cheeses the moment we can, but the restrictions are expected to last many months.

This is the best sharp aged cheddar there is because it has a little something extra. You will try different aged cheddars but none will have that salty, slightly tangy edge that this one had. You’ll always feel like something is missing whenever you try another cheddar. Its creaminess is also a little extra making it the most indulgent experience. Especially good with cranberry crackers or date and walnut cake!
It’s my favourite. With hints of champagne it’s smooth and leaves you wanting more!
