Canada has banned many unpasteurized cow and buffalo milk cheeses from Switzerland, France, Spain, Greece & Italy, due to a cattle-disease outbreak.
This affects the availability of favourites including Brie de Meaux, Morbier, Tomme de Savoie, Vacherin Mont d'Or, and Tête de Moine.
We'll bring back these cheeses the moment we can, but the restrictions are expected to last many months.

I ordered the 200g Riopelle cheese from Tom Shop, and while I was very impressed with the flavor—rich, creamy, and deliciously smooth—I was a little disappointed that it arrived quite warm and almost melted. Thankfully, after refrigerating it, the texture held up well and the taste was still outstanding. Packaging and delivery could be improved for temperature-sensitive products, but overall, the cheese itself was excellent. I would still order again, hoping for better temperature control next time.
