Burrata has a lusciously creamy, almost-liquid interior enrobed in fresh toothsome mozzarella. Choose plain burrata or burrata with truffles (in a NEW double pack).
Buffalo mozzarella is distinguished by its rich and deliciously intense flavour that comes from using fresh, whole water buffalo milk.

Burrata and mozzarella are wonderful atop fresh fruit or with the classic combination of fresh tomato, quality olive oil, good balsamic vinegar, and cracked black pepper.

I remember my first taste of Buffala mozzarella in Italy at 16, eating so much of it and not knowing that I wouldn't be able to get it at home.

It was so nice to be able to relive that memory here at home.

What a wonderful memory!

Best Burrata I’ve Ever Eaten

The burrata was so fresh and soft, we had a hard time getting it out of the container! We served it with a drizzle each of olive oil and balsamic and surrounded by sliced, field-fresh tomatoes. It was magnificent. We loved it so much, we ordered it again for August!!!
