Each wheel of this extraordinary cheese is wrapped in French spruce bark and features milky, woodsy aromas, and slightly spicy flavours of butter, wood, and straw.

To eat, slice the top off the wheel, allow the cheese to reach room temperature, and then dip crusty bread into the cheese fondue style!

(Rind and spruce bark should not be consumed.)

The best cheese ever

This is my favourite cheese ever. I like it on warm pieces of baguette with either a wine jelly or balsamic glaze. It's kind of smelly but also really tasty and I can't stop buying it help
