This is the ideal "starter caviar." Cru Royal Caviar has a lovely delicate & refined flavor with an elegant grey-green colour. It's a perfect appetizer served with soft, mild cheeses, crème fraiche, or sour cream on neutral-flavoured crackers or homemade blini.

This variety of caviar is produced in Italy by white sturgeon (A. Transmontanus). The eggs range in size up to 3mm.
