Col di Lana

Sweet and delicate, Col di Lana smells of mountain flowers and fresh yeast, with mushroom and cellar notes developing as it matures. Its supple paste comes in an unusual square shape.

Made from pasteurized cow’s milk by a six-farm cooperative in the Belluno Dolomites of northeastern Italy, it’s lovely on a cheese board and melts beautifully in a panino or grilled cheese sandwich.
