Rillettes is a traditional French pâté made with duck meat, white wine, fat, and spices. It's a wonderfully tasty addition to any a charcuterie board with cheese and something pickled (the acidity helps cut through the richness, allowing you to enjoy more!).
Just like cheese, rillettes should be served at room temperature for optimal texture and flavour. Take it out of the fridge at least 30 min before serving. These 80 g jars are the perfect for cheese boards.

It is excellent! So tasty, a nice, uneven texture. We spread it on crackers and sourdough bread and ate every last bit!
The Duck Rillettes was a great addition to our Thanksgiving appetizers. Surprisingly, everyone found it tasty, especially my husband who does not like to explore new delicacies I enjoy.
I will definitely be adding this to my Christmas gathering.
