The Bresola is always a favourite, especially for my daughter and her boyfriend. I was lucky enough to get two slices before it was devoured in record time.
Will definitely have to get more for my oldest daughter who will be visiting in a couple of weeks.
Great tasting bresola. It’s a hard cured meat to find around town, and mostly it tends to be salty but this is a great quality option. Thanks for bringing it to us!
