Tomme des Demoiselles is a firm, flavourful cow milk cheese from Îles-De-La-Madeleine, Quebec.

It's aged for more than 6 months and crafted from rich whole milk provided by a single herd of historic Canadienne cows. This rare breed traces its lineage back to the first settlers of Quebec in the early 1600s.

This cheese takes its name from Demoiselles Butte, a picturesque area of rolling hills on Les Îles-De-La-Madeleine.
