Totally spreadable, almost pudding-like at room temperature. From the frig, the texture of whipped butter. Moderately strong pennicilum flavours in perfect harmony with fruity, yeasty, and floral notes - a natural match with wine.
This is one of the best Blue cheeses I have tried. Very creamy with a little zing to it. Not too strong.

This is not your grocery store’s blue. Being raised on Danish Blue, I was not a big fan of blue cheese. And then, I tried this one! St. Agur turned me into a blue cheese lover! It is mild, salty, soft and creamy. It is a gorgeous addition to any cheese tray or charcuterie board. Even if you have never like blue cheeses in the past, give this one a try. It might just win you over!
