Canada has banned many unpasteurized cow and buffalo milk cheeses from Switzerland, France, Spain, Greece & Italy, due to a cattle-disease outbreak.
This affects the availability of favourites including Brie de Meaux, Morbier, Tomme de Savoie, Vacherin Mont d'Or, and Tête de Moine.
We'll bring back these cheeses the moment we can, but the restrictions are expected to last many months.

We tried Salami Negro for the first time this weekend and were blown away. if you don't like big umami flavours like truffle, stay clear, but for us, this had all the funk, and we like the funk! Delicious.
I will definitely be ordering this again although I didn’t pay attention to the description and was expecting a larger quantity - still an excellent salami that worked perfectly on my charcuterie board!

I think the salami was calling my name because I had no thought of purchasing anything other than cheese, however, not only did I like it, so did my daughter’s boyfriend who had more than half of it.
Unfortunately for the guests who arrived late, they missed out on this delicious treat.
