Five stars without blinking. This Parmigiano Reggiano is the benchmark: deep nutty aroma, a whisper of fruit, and that signature crystal crunch. Big umami, balanced salt, clean finish. It grates into fluffy “snow” on pasta, shaves beautifully for salads, and turns risotto and sauces silky. Even the rind pulled its weight—dropped into soup, it became liquid gold. Fresh cut, excellent texture, zero waste, maximum payoff. I’m re-upping for a bigger wedge next time.
