Canada has banned many unpasteurized cow and buffalo milk cheeses from Switzerland, France, Spain, Greece & Italy, due to a cattle-disease outbreak.
This affects the availability of favourites including Brie de Meaux, Morbier, Tomme de Savoie, Vacherin Mont d'Or, and Tête de Moine.
We'll bring back these cheeses the moment we can, but the restrictions are expected to last many months.

I still have a tiny bit of the Emmental left, as I’ve been enjoying it one chunk at a time, with artisanal breads. It’s got such a nice bite, and slightly sweet and nutty flavour. Delicious!
I ordered the 200g Emmental from Tomme Shop and absolutely loved it! The texture, the mild nutty flavor, and the freshness were spot on. It’s perfect for sandwiches, melting, or simply enjoying on its own. Honestly, my only wish is that a 300g option was available because I enjoyed it so much, it didn’t last long! I’ll definitely be ordering again.
