Pure decadence.
That's the best way to describe this gooey Brie-style sheep cheese from France. The flavour is fairly mild without the barnyard-y flavours some associate with sheep-milk cheese. The texture is absolutely silky.
The striking orange rind is coloured with flavourless annatto and completely edible.
