Sumptuously creamy. Almost spreadable at room temperature. It tastes on the young side, with more acidic notes, and less robust pennicilum flavours than some of the older blues they often have in stock.
This is the tastiest and creamiest blue cheese we’ve ever had. So creamy, it’s like butter, plus the taste is just so perfect!
I’m picky about blue cheese! I usually like Celtic Blue, but when there was none left I tried this one and was not disappointed! Delicious.
