Do TOMME Rewards points expire?
Yes—your points will expire if your account goes 6 months without a purchase.

But here’s the good news: the clock resets every time you make a purchase, no matter how small. So as long as you shop with TOMME at least once every 6 months, your points will stay active.

Points expire based on the date of your most recent purchase, not when you first earned them. That means your balance can stay active indefinitely—as long as you make a purchase now and then.

Will I be warned before my points expire?
Yes. We’ll send you a reminder about 2 weeks before your points are set to expire, so you’ll have plenty of time to keep them active.

How can I keep my points from expiring?
It’s easy—just place an order. Even a small purchase will refresh your points and give you another full 6 months.

Can I redeem points for discounts?
Absolutely! Once you’ve earned at least 500 points, you can redeem them for a discount code. These codes never expire and can be used any time that works for you.

How much are points worth?

  • 500 points = $5 off

  • 1000 points = $10 off

  • 1500 points = $15 off

  • 2500 points = $25 off

  • 5000 points = $50 off

You don’t have to use your full balance at once—you can redeem what you need and save the rest. Just remember: any remaining points will still expire if you go 6 months without a purchase.

Anything else I should know?

  • You can only use one discount code per order.

  • Discount codes work on regular product purchases.

  • They can’t be used for gift cards (which are considered a form of currency).

  • They also can’t be applied to subscriptions—at least for now.

  • Your discount code isn’t locked to your account—you’re welcome to share it with a friend.
