Etorki

Aged Etorki is a sheep milk cheese from the Basque region of France. It has a fairly assertive and rich flavour accompanied with an incredibly smooth texture. Think Havarti but with a more interesting flavour.

Try Aged Etorki with sour black cherry fruit spread or with sour and sweet fruit like pears and apples. Pair with heftier red wines such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

Sold in 200 g or 300 g wedges. (Note: product photos are not intended to depict any particular size wedge.)
