A stunning Sicilian cheese made with raw whole sheep milk and the addition of saffron and black peppercorns. Aged for just 4 months, the flavors are mild and slightly sweet with a pronounced aroma of saffron.
Great for snacking and served with pasta. It's also fantastic for grilling!
