Pre-Order: Imperial Caviar

When the occasion calls for something special, treat yourself and your guests to some caviar. It's a perfect appetizer served with soft, mild cheeses, crème fraiche, or sour cream on neutral-flavoured crackers or homemade blini.

Cru's Imperial variety has a strong and robust flavor that's both delicious and refined. Amber to golden brown in color, it has a deep flavor that will appeal to true lovers of caviar. 

This variety of caviar is produced in Italy by Siberian sturgeon (A. Baeri). The eggs range in size up to 3mm.

Delivery expected in-store second week of December.
