More flavourful than Summer Tuffles and less intense than Black Truffles harvested in the winter, Burgundy Truffles strike a wonderfully aromatic and tasty balance for truffle lovers.

Harvested from the famed Istria penninsula in Croatia, these fresh truffles (tuber uncinatum) exude an intoxicating aroma of garlic, nuts, and forest floor. The subtle flavours reminiscent of hazelnut, mushroom, and a slight smokiness.

Truffles pair perfectly with cheesy dishes such as risotto, baked brie, and fettuccine Alfredo. They also work extremely well with deviled eggs, plain pasta dishes, cream sauces, potato dishes, and seafood.
