Sonata is the Montmorency Cherry at its finest. Revel Cider adds whole cherries to cider, stones and all. After a few months of maceration what develops is cherry blaster fruit and grippy tannins, interwoven with sweet almond.
Unfiltered with zero sugar added.
355 ml, 6.5% ABV
